Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in new and resellable condition
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as IVERSHOP is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return transit.
How to Request a Return

Our support team will provide return instructions if the request meets the eligibility requirements.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- The 20% restocking fee will be deducted
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment statement after processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
